Counselling is a space where you are free to talk and really be listened to, encouraged and supported, and yes sometimes challenged. It is a space where you can explore the things that are troubling you in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I understand that contacting a counsellor for the first time can feel a bit daunting, but I am a warm, empathic person and will seek to make these steps as easy as possible for you.
